Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
